The International Circle of Online Noranians (ICON) recently announced the recipient of its 3rd ICON Award for Lifetime Achievement. To be honored on December 19, 2009 4:30 p.m., at the University of the Philippines Film Institute Bernal Gallery, UP Diliman is Ms. Gloria Romero (Film Acting).
